In 1997 I moved home to Ireland from London and started writing with Dave Couse, aka Mr A House www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDo6Lgylsjg
Dave and I got back in touch again recently, and the subject of our joint lost creative ‘child’ arose. We spoke about its beauty, remembered the joy of making it and of course lamented it never making it into the big world. It’s a long story as to why these tracks never saw the light of day in a commercial sense and will be a fairly common story for many musicians fighting to get their work heard. There are so many pitfalls and so many pit bulls along the way to creating and releasing material. You have to fall in a few holes and get bitten by a few rabid dogs to truly say you’ve been in the music industry!! So here they are, on brilliant Bandcamp, the original demos available for the first time this century! Hope you like em!! xxx
